Footballer, Antonio Rudiger has revealed the player in the Chelsea squad who is ‘untouchable’ at the moment.
Antonio Rudiger, a Chelsea defender, has named the ‘untouchable’ player at the club.
According to Rudiger, forward, Eden Hazard is untouchable under manager, Maurizio Sarri’s squad.
He, however, believes that no other Blues player is guaranteed a place in Chelsea’s starting XI apart from the Belgium international.
Hazard has enjoyed a superb start to the new campaign, scoring eight goals in his last eight appearances for the club and country.
The 27-year-old’s form has helped the West London club enjoy an unbeaten start in the Premier League and Europa League.
“Everyone has to fight for their place in this team,” Metro UK quoted Rudiger as saying ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League clash against Southampton.
“No one’s place is safe, apart from Hazard. “He is safe, I am sure about that! He is an example to the rest of us.
“We should not underestimate anyone and must keep going. Our aim has to be to go through to the next round in first place in the group.”
