Senate President, Bukola Saraki, has responded to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) confirmation of probe of his activities since 2003.
Saraki through Yusuph Olaniyonu, his Special Adviser, said he was aware of the letter written by the commission to the Kwara State Government, in which it demanded for all details of salaries, allowances, estacode or any other entitlement he enjoyed during his tenure as Governor of Kwara State between 2003 and 2011.
The statement lambasted the EFCC, and stated that the commission was asked to go after him on a witch-hunt exercise by political opponents seeking to settle scores.
