The Appeal Court sitting in Osun state has ruled in favor of Osun state Governor, Gboyega Oyetola, in the Osun 2018 governorship elections. The election petition tribunal had earlier ruled in favor of Senator Ademola Adeleke.
Adeleke who contested on the platform of the PDP, is challenging the emergence of Oyetola as the winner of the state governorship election conducted in September last year.
