On the 10th of May, EFCC paraded Nigerian Singers, Naira Marley, Zlatan Ibile, Rahman Jago and two others for their alleged involvement in internet scam.
The photo uploaded by EFCC caused several funny reactions on Twitter, because of the look of one of the guys they were arrested with.
People then found out his Instagram handle, and the account was humour filled.
His name is Guccy Branch!
A hashtag, #guccybranchcaptionchallenge, even trended on Twitter for days, as Nigerians created funny memes with his photo from the EFCC, and also created humour with the signature caption he uses for his Instagram posts.
Guccy Branch became an internet sensation since then, with his social media following increasing daily.
He has now shared first photos since leaving the EFCC custody, and as usual, he didn’t forget to add his signature caption.
