Why Ex Governor Yari Was In The Security Meeting With PMB & Governors

The Personal Assistant to the President, Bashir Ahmed had explained why the Former Governors of Zamfara, Yobe and Borno were invited to the security meeting the President had with the Governors of the 36 States in Nigeria.

Here is what he wrote:-

“Zamfara’s former Governor, HE Yari attended security meeting with PMB, 36 Govs and Service Chiefs today. He and other 2 ex-govs, Borno and Yobe were specially invited to brief the meeting on security situation in their states. New govs may not know much as they were just sworn-in”
