Arsenal manager, Unai Emery, has once again left Granit Xhaka out of his 18-man travelling squad, for Wednesday’s Europa League group fixture against Vitoria.
Xhaka has been removed as captain and replaced with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, following his clash with home fans in a 2-2 draw with Crystal Palace.
Mesut Ozil, David Luiz and Aubameyang are also not with the team for the game in Portugal.
However, Alexandre Lacazette, Dani Ceballos and Nicolas Pepe all made the trip.
The match in Guimaraes will be Arsenal’s fourth game in Group F, which they are top of after three consecutive victories.
