The Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday disqualified the Bayelsa State deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Biobarakuma Degi, from participating in the forthcoming Saturday, November 16, 2019 governorship poll in the state.
Justice Inyang Ekwo said this while delivering judgment in the suit marked FHC/ ABJ / CS / 1101 / 2019 instituted by the Peoples Democratic Party and others.
