Kogi Guber: Gunmen Fired At My Brother’s House – Dino Melaye

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Senatorial candidate in Saturday’s rerun election in Kogi State, Senator Dino Melaye, has alleged that unknown gunmen stormed his brother’s house in the early hours of today and fired sporadically.

Taking to his Twitter page Sen. Dina made the claims of the attack but also expressed his gratitude to God for saving his brother’s life. He went further to assure his teeming supporters that they shall surely overcome.

Dino Tweeted:

Gunmen fired sporadically @ my brother in his house @ Aiyetoro Gbede around 4:30 am this morning. I Thank God they failed. We shall surely overcome

Recall that weeks ago Dino had alleged that security operatives were trying to set him up. In a tweet he made, Dino claimed that SARS were en route his house to implicate him. He, however, warned that they would be exposed.

“SAS Police leaving Lokoja now to go and plant arms in my house in Aiyetoro in other to implicate me. They are many of them. We have planted cameras everywhere. You will be exposed,’ he wrote.
