A story has emerged earlier today on how some Policemen in Portharcourt arrested and tortured to death a mechanic man named Chima and also framed his apprentice for robbery.
The customer to the mechanic who got involved in whole situation because the mechanics got arrested with his car revealed the details of the incident.
