32 patients of Covid-19 discharged in Jigawa

Jigsaw state government has announced that 32 patients of coronavirusncdc in the state have been discharged after recovering from the disease.

The announcement was made by the state’s Commissioner of Health Dr Abba Abba Zakari at the NYSC camp in Dutse on Monday May 25.

In his announcement, he said that the patients were discharged after testing negative twice for the virus.

This brings to 143 the total number of discharged COVID-19 patients in the state.The commissioner further revealed that 4 more COVID-19 related deaths have been recorded in the state, bringing the total number of fatalities to 7 in Jigawa.

Dr Abba Abba Zakari also said that the lockdown in the state will be lifted in three Local Councils which include Birninkudu, Gwaram and Gumel.
