Victor Moses provided the two assists that helped Spartak Moscow secured a nail-biting 2-1 Russian Premier League win away to Arsenal Tula on Monday evening.
Moses was the architect of the visitors’ first goal when he did well to locate Aleksandr Sobolev, who then applied the decisive finish midway through the opening period.
An embarrassing Ilya Kutepov own goal on the stroke of halftime, however, brought the home side back on levelled terms heading into the break.
But Moses ensured Spartak made away with all the three points at stake when his perfect pass opened space for Carl Henrik Jordan Larsson to smash home the winner in the 76th minute.
