SWAT Operative spotted checking a young man’s phone despite IGP’s Warning (Video)

An Operative of the new Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team of the Nigeria Police Force has been spotted going through a young man’s phone. 

The Security Operative carried out the act despite warnings from the Inspector-General of Police who stated that it is “unlawful” to do so.
