


Adams Oshiomhole, former national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), wins election to represent Edo north senatorial district at the National Assembly.
Oshiomhole, a former governor of Edo State, polled 107,110 votes to defeat the incumbent, Francis Alimikhena of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Alimikhena polled 55,344 votes in the election.
