Nigerian singer-songwriter, Divine Ikubor, better known as Rema, has declared himself the poster boy of afrobeats.
He stated this while featuring as a guest on the latest episode of i-D Meets.
He said: “I see myself as the bridge to take African music to the whole world. I changed the sound. I changed the perspective. The template is mine.”
