The family of a veteran actor, Nkem Owoh, aka Osuofia, has announced the burial arrangements for the actor’s daughter, Kosisochukwu. The 24-year-old lady, who was said to have passed away on June 28, 2023, will be buried on August 24, 2023.

Sharing his grief with his fans on social media, Owoh had written on X (formerly known as Twitter), “A painful exit but God knows the best. On Thursday, August 24, 2023, my daughter, Miss Kosisochukwu Nkem Owoh will be laid to rest.”

Meanwhile, a flyer containing details of the burial reads, “The family of Nkem Owoh (Osuofiasn) of Umunevo Owonta of Umungwu clan in Amagu village, Udi town, Udi Local Government Area, Enugu State, regret to announce the death of our daughter.”

The family also stated that the remains of the deceased would leave the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital mortuary in Enugu, for her father’s compound in the Udi area of the state.

According to the flyer, interment will follow immediately after the service. Aside from her father, she was survived by her mother, brother, sisters, aunts, uncles, and other relatives.

Meanwhile, the actor’s fans have been commiserating with him on his loss. One Nnadume Chukwuebuka wrote, “Take heart, Osuofia nwezigbo! May God grant your family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss and grant the soul of Miss Kosisochukwu eternal rest. Amen. My thoughts are indeed with your family, especially during this hard time.”

On his part, Edward Daniel wrote, “Please take heart and stay strong for your family.”
