Some Nigerians have taken to social media to react to Kenny Ogungbe’s photo as he completed the compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
Ogungbe, who was well-known for helping to shape the Nigerian music scene in his early 20s with his Kennis Music label, shared photos of his Passing Out Parade on Instagram with the caption, “NYSC graduation/POP today.” Graduation day in Lagos/12C “All glory to God.”

Is there no age limit for @nysc_ng again? I thought the age limit is 30 years? How were Kenny Ogungbe and the Minister of Art and Culture mobilised? Have they eventually suspended our constitution and Acts of the National Assembly?
