The Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway was flooded in the Joju area of Ogun State on Thursday, causing disruption for commuters.

The flood occurred in the afternoon after a downpour.

PUNCH Online observed submerged vehicles and pedestrians.

PUNCH Online earlier reported that flood took over a section of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, specifically the long bridge at Warewa, Ogun State.

The rain started around noon on Thursday.
