The s3x trafficking trial of Sean “Diddy” Combs entered its fifth week on Monday, June 9, as a key witness, a social media influencer testifying under the pseudonym “Jane Doe,” returned to the stand.

She alleges that Combs physically abused her and forced her to engage in unprotected sex with porn stars and escorts during their three-year relationship.

Jane Doe had previously broken down in tears while testifying, describing graphic and disturbing details of the alleged abuse, including being forced into prolonged, drug-fueled group sex events Combs allegedly called “freak-offs.” These events are central to the federal case against the music mogul.

Prosecutors claim Combs, 55, used his celebrity status and business empire to run a years-long scheme of coercion and manipulation. According to the testimony, Combs exerted control over Jane Doe, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, and other women through violence and threats, pressuring them into sexual acts that spanned days.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. If convicted, he faces life in prison.

Although the trial is not being televised due to federal courtroom restrictions, ongoing updates reveal the extent of the allegations.

During Monday’s testimony, jurors were shown emotional text messages sent by Jane Doe to Combs, pleading for the abuse to stop. “I’m not a porn star. I’m not an animal,” she wrote, begging him to end the drug-fueled sexual encounters. In another message from October 2023, she said, “I need a break. I don’t want to do anything. I’ve hit a wall.”

Breaking down on the stand, Jane Doe said she felt “used” and “dehumanized.” She explained, “I was referring to not wanting to give my body to anybody else, period.”

In additional messages from September 2023, she told Combs she was realizing the full extent of what was happening: “I don’t want to be used and locked in a room to fulfill your fantasies… I don’t want to feel obligated to keep performing these nights with you out of fear of losing the roof over my head.”

Despite her protests, Combs allegedly dismissed her messages. In a voice note played in court, he responded by complaining he was “sick in bed” and insisted, “This is a true open relationship, why do you have to make it a problem?”

In more damning evidence presented Monday, jurors saw August 2023 messages where Combs allegedly demanded explicit videos from Jane Doe, even while he was with another woman. When she hesitated, he responded, “Just do what I say, please. I’m horny… Stop it, don’t say no to me, please.”

The trial continues, with more testimonies expected in the coming days.
