The Confederation of African Football, CAF, on Sunday unveiled the finalists for its 2025 awards.

In the Player of the Year (Men) category, the last three standing are Victor Osimhen (Galatasaray/Nigeria), Mohamed Salah (Liverpool/Egypt) and Achraf Hakimi (PSG/Morocco).

Osimhen won the prestigious award in 2023, while his Super Eagles teammate Ademola Lookman took it home last year.

Super Falcons’ captain Rasheedat Ajibade also made the final three nominees in the Player of the Year (Women).

Ajibade is up against Ghizlane Chebbak (Morocco) and Sanaa Mssoudy (Morocco).

The 2025 CAF Awards ceremony will be staged in Rabat, Morocco, on Wednesday, November 19.
