EPL: Chukwueze eager to become regular at Fulham

Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze has said he is focused on becoming a regular at Fulham, DAILY POST reports.

Chukwueze joined Craven Cottage on loan from Serie A giants AC Milan in the summer.

The 26-Year-Old was handed his first start by manager Marco Silva in Fulham’s 2-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.

The former Villarreal star seized the opportunity, claiming the Man of the Match award following a superb display.

Chukwueze has so far registered three assists in six league appearances for the Whites.

The winger admitted that it has not been an easy start to life in England.

“I wasn’t expecting it today. But I was focused on doing the hard work. The last months have been a bit difficult, but I kept my head down and kept working. I took the opportunity today,” he said after the game.
