Global music stars LISA, Anitta and Rema have joined forces to release Goals, a new single from the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album.
The song, which was released alongside its official music video on Thursday, blends Latin pop, K-pop and Afrobeats in what organisers described as a celebration of football’s global culture and unity.
Goals was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Cirkut and released through Def Jam Recordings and SALXCO UAM.
According to the organisers, the single reflects the “borderless energy and global scale” of the FIFA World Cup through its fusion of international sounds and cultures.
The track will be performed live for the first time during the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup at Los Angeles Stadium on June 12, ahead of the opening match of the tournament in the United States.
Speaking on the collaboration, LISA described the project as an exciting opportunity to connect people globally through music and sport.
“Being a part of the Official FIFA World Cup Album this year has been so exciting. Music always unites people across the world, so it has been an honour to work with Anitta and Rema,” she said.
Anitta also expressed delight at contributing to the World Cup’s musical history, noting the emotional significance of the tournament to Brazilians.
“My connection to the World Cup is deeply emotional. I’m Brazilian, after all, and I have wonderful memories tied to the tournament. It’s incredibly special to now contribute to its history,” she stated.
Nigerian Afrobeats star Rema described the collaboration as a major moment for global music.
“Three continents, one track… bringing all our sounds together like this is a big moment for music on the world stage,” he said.
The release of Goals follows earlier songs unveiled as part of the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album, including Lighter, Por Ella, Echo and Illuminate.
Organisers said the album is designed to showcase the diversity, energy and cultural spirit expected to define the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
They added that the project brings together artists from different continents and musical backgrounds in an effort to unite football fans worldwide through music.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico, is expected to be the biggest edition of the tournament in history.
