The Inspector-General of police, Mohammad Adamu, has ordered the immediate transfer of the case between the senior pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), Biodun Fatoyinbo, and Busola, wife of Timi Dakolo, to Lagos with immediate effect.
Speaking on the development, respected lawyer and counsel to the Dakolos explained that the IGP gave the order because the Dakolos were the first to petition the police before Fatoyinbo followed suit.
The new directive is coming barely two days after the police stormed Timi Dakolos residence in Lagos.
