Inter Milan are in talks with Manchester United over signing Ashley Young, Sky Sports News understands.
The 34-year-old’s contract expires at the end of the season, meaning he is free to discuss a move to the Italian side this month.
Sky in Italy report Inter are ready to offer Young an 18-month deal if he signs this month, but it is unclear if United will allow him to leave in January.
Young would become the third United player to join Antonio Conte’s side inside a year following the transfers of Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku.
Young has made 12 appearances in all competitions under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer so far this season.
