Davido’s Hit Song “Fall” Gets Certified Gold In Canada

Award-winning singer, Davido has announced that his 2017 smash hit, “Fall” has been certified Gold in Canada.

The “Risky” singer shared a screenshot of the message his manager, Asa Asika received from a Sony Music executive informing them of the news. For a single to be certified Gold in Canada, it means that the single must have sold more than 40,000 units. This comes as no surprise as the track which is one of the biggest tracks out of the continent and the most viewed Nigerian song on Youtube was also certified Platinum in South Africa in 2018.

Davido took to his twitter page to write: “‘FALL’ now certified GOLD IN Canada ?? ? …. love to the 6 side baby !! ?? NEXT ? GLORY BE TO GOD”
