“Booked And Busy Is Not A Flex, Take Time To Rest — Rapper, Olamide Advises

Award-winning Nigerian rapper and boss of YBNL Record, Olamide has dished out a piece of advice to his fans and colleague artistes on social media over their well-being and health.

Taking to his Instagram account, Olamide advised people not to forget to slow down as the human body needs rest therefore they must take some time for themselves and just relax and recoup.

He subtly advised those who try to use their busy schedules to show off claiming they are booked and busy to prove a point that they are always on the move as he asserts that it is not a flex and ‘we move’ is not a coping mechanism.
