‘I love our friendship, we chose positivity’ DJ Cuppy makes peace with her ex-boyfriend, Victor Anichebe

Nigerian female disc jockey and billionaire’s daughter DJ Cuppy has finally made peace with her ex-boyfriend and Nigerian footballer, Victor Anichebe.

DJ Cuppy disclosed this in a post shared on the microblogging platform Twitter, saying they just got off the phone moments ago.

According to DJ Cuppy, she loved their friendship, and it took a while for them to make peace after realising that life is too short for beef.

DJ Cuppy said they choose peace and positivity, adding that just because they are two great people doesn’t mean they are compatible as a couple.

She tweeted: Just got off the phone with my ex boyfriend Victor Anichebe. I LOVE our friendship! It took us a WHILE to get here it’s about realising life is too short for beef. We choose peace + positivity! Just because you’re two great people doesn’t mean you’re compatible as a couple.

Kemi Filani News recalls in 2017, DJ Cuppy revealed she has ended her relationship with her footballer boyfriend, Victor Anichebe.

In an interview with BEAT FM, DJ Cuppy said they broke up because of the time difference as he lives in China while she is in London.

According to her, they resolved to be friendly exes. She said; “I literally do not have a boo. I and Victor are not together anymore.

The picture I put up was a picture of us when we were together. We are still friends. People find it so weird” On why they stopped dating, Cuppy who is the daughter of billionaire oil mogul, Femi Otedola, said“I feel like we just…He lives in China, I moved here.

Time difference. It was really difficult. Anyone that knows footballers know that their schedules are crazy and my schedule is also crazy. So it was just difficult but he is such a great guy”.She said they were private while dating but made their relationship public towards the end.

Cuppy says she expects them to at least give each other a year before making public their new relationships. She added that she hasn’t found anyone yet and is not looking right now because she is concentrating on her career.
