Nollywood actress and movie producer, Funke Akindele who took many by surprise with her foray into politics seems to be putting her all in ensuring her victory.

The “Jenifa” star who has made politics are major priority has paid a courtesy visit to the women leaders of PDP.

Sharing video of the happy moment on her verified Instagram page, Funke Akindele noted how women are at the heart of a successful political campaign.

For her, she couldn’t start this journey to secure the future of Lagos without securing the support of the PDP women leaders across the state.

She wrote, “Women are at the heart of any successful political campaign and I couldn’t start this journey to secure the future of Lagos without securing the support of the PDP women leaders across the state”.
