KRC Genk chairman, Peter Croonen has ruled out the possibility of selling Tolu Arokodare during the January transfer window.

Arokodare has been in fantastic form for the Smurfs this season.

The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals and registered six assists in 21 matches across all competitions for Genk in the current campaign.

A number of top European clubs are already circling around the Nigerian.

Croonen however said the striker will stay with the club beyond the winter transfer window.

“The intention is absolutely to keep him. And that will happen,” Croonen told DAZN.
