Famous Nigerian actress Iyabo Ojo has described her failed marriage as a price paid for her daughter Priscilla’s marriage.

The actress made this bold statement in Canada at Priscilla’s baby shower on Sunday evening.

Praying for her daughter at the event, Iyabo Ojo, in a viral video on social media, declared that even if her own marriage did not work, Priscilla’s marriage will work.

“Even if mine did not work, your own marriage will work, you’ll grow old with your husband beside you. Because you have married the bone of your bones. I have paid the sacrifice for your marriage to work.”

The single mother of two made this statement after two decades of her failed marriage with estranged husband Ademidun Ojo.

DAILY POST reports that Iyabo Ojo had in 2023 claimed that her marriage to Ademidun was her first taste of poverty.
