Seven years after their earlier collaboration, Nigerian singer and songwriter Peruzzi reunites with Zlatan on “INFERNO”, a 2026 release that also features Shoday.
Peruzzi described the record as a love song during its rollout. His melodic vocals lead the performance, while Shoday contributes another smooth vocal approach and Zlatan introduces a more energetic rap delivery. Their different contributions give the collaboration a balance between singing and street-inspired expression.
The production combines contemporary Afrobeats with elements of Nigerian street-pop, building around a melodic chorus and rhythmic passages. Background vocals from the Loud Urban Choir further support the arrangement, while the contrast between the sung sections and Zlatan’s rap adds variety to the recording.
Before its release, Peruzzi shared several studio clips and previews that attracted attention across social media. That early interest provides a promising starting point for the single, particularly given his established reputation for memorable melodies and successful collaborations within Nigerian music.
