


Robert Lewandowski’s first half strike at the Weserstadion handed ten-man Bayern Munich a vital 1-0 victory over Werder Bremen and an eight straight triumph for the Bavarians.
Bayern have amassed an unassailable lead at the top of the Bundesliga to claim their 30th league crown in history.
Lewandowski’s brilliantly taken goal – and a wonderful save from Neuer late on – proved enough to see off Bremen and ensure Flick’s side, who had Davies sent off, wrap up their crown with two games to spare.
RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund looked set to be genuine contenders at different stages this season, but both sides eventually fell away and succumbed to Bayern’s might.
The start to the season was difficult for the champions but an 11-match winning run has ensured the title goes Bayern’s way once more.
